Snow in Lindarets October ’13
Has Morzine snow yet? We are well on the way to winter here in Morzine with the locals forecasting lots of snow and a legendary season ahead. There’s an old Savoyard farmer’s saying “Snow before Toussaint, wicked winter to come” – Toussaint falls on November 1st and is the last French bank holiday before Christmas. I am happy to report that there is now snow both at the top of the Pleney and in Avoriaz thanks to the wintery weather over the last weekend. Our chalets in Morzine look set to provide the perfect base for you to enjoy excellent conditions this winter. (more…)
